Here is a delicious keto-friendly brinjal recipe. These keto-friendly eggplant chips will save you from unnecessary snack craving and will be a lip-smacking, crispy snack for you. though I had it as a meal.
1 Eggplant ( brinjal, baingan)
Red chili powder
2 Tsp Butter
This will be a quick recipe and your crunchy snack will be ready in 10-15 minutes. Let’s get started with the steps:
Cut thin slices of the eggplant.
Apply salt, pepper, red chili powder (or any other masala you like) on the slices of brinjal and rub them on both sides. Marinate the brinjal slices with the masalas
In a pan, add 2 tsp of butter and spread evenly. keep the flame medium.
Start putting the slices on the pan and let it cook for 3 minutes, take care that the slices don’t overlap.
Turn the eggplant slices and let it cook for 3 minutes on this side as well.

Your eggplant chips are ready.
