Get Healthy Skin With These 5 Tips

One common problem with every second person is unhealthy skin. The root cause is probably an unhealthy lifestyle. No doubt the external factors like pollution, sunlight, etc.plays a very major role in damaging our skin but I believe we can beat these factors with a small change in our lifestyle. Brace yourself for blooming skin.

Here are some tips to get healthy skin without using any cosmetic product.

1.Coconut water in the morning :

Have coconut water early in the morning empty stomach. It is full of vitamins, minerals, electrolytes and also contain antioxidant properties, which makes it an excellent source of freshness for our skin. It rejuvenates our skin and prepares it up for the day ahead. Drinking coconut water in the morning is not only good for our skin but our health as well. It hydrates our body, kickstarts the metabolism and improves immunity.

2. Add Fruits to Your Diet:

Fruits are something I am obsessed with, but I’ve come through many people who hate fruits ( don’t know how could anyone not like fruits) 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Fruits are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals our body needs. They contain antioxidants and plays a major role in skin cell development. Our skin gets damaged due to various factors like pollution, ageing, sunlight, free radicals and many more, the antioxidants and vitamins that we get by fruits, help your skin in fighting the damage caused. Repair, and generate new cells.

3. Be Friends with Green Tea:

Drink the green tea, or apply it sometimes, green tea will always shower you with lots of skin benefits. It is a powerful antibacterial agent for treating acne and unclogging pores, it fights against infection, acne, and acne-causing bacteria. Green tea increases metabolism hence, promotes weight loss. Also, it promotes digestive health, and in case you don’t know, Good digestive health leads to healthy skin, it controls acne and eliminates excess oil from the skin.

4. Stay Hydrated:

Drinking water is very important for our overall health, it aids in digestion, circulation, absorption and even excretion.
We know how important it is to drink a good amount of water (which is at least 8 glass a day) but we ignore it or feel too lazy to get up and have water. 70%of our body is made of up water and so is our skin cells. Staying hydrated will hydrate our skin too and will give it a radiant glow.
Just a couple of weeks of drinking a good amount of water, and you’ll observe how it affects your skin.

5. Say no to oily and spicy food:

I don’t know if this is everyone’s story or just mine, but whenever I eat fast food or spicy food, I welcome pimples the same night.
Earlier I couldn’t find out the reason, but then I noticed having oily or spicy food affects my skin badly.
So yes, avoid eating junk and switch to healthy.
I know this might be very difficult ( even I end up eating junk food sometimes), but avoiding it for good health and beautiful skin is totally worth it.
